NCP is a website operated by the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP). NCP is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This notice (together with the NCP's terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) Terms & Conditions sets out the basis on which any personal information NCP collects from you, or that you provide to NCP, will be processed by NCP. INFORMATION NCP MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

NCP may collect and process the following information about you:

Information you give NCP. You may give NCP information about you by filling in forms on the NCP site or by corresponding with NCP by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use the NCP site, set up a user profile, and when you send NCP an email or report a problem with the NCP site. The information you give NCP may include personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, personal description and business information relating to your organisation and its employees.

Information NCP collects about you. With regard to each of your visits to the NCP site, NCP may automatically collect the following information:

  • Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; and
  • Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from the NCP site (including date and time); page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to contact NCP.

Information NCP receives from other sources. NCP may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites NCP operates or the other services NCP provides. NCP is also working closely with third parties (including, for example, other government entities, advisors and consultants, sub-contractors in technical services, analytics providers, search information providers) and may receive information about you from them.

COOKIES

The NCP site uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of the NCP site. This helps NCP to provide you with a good experience when you browse the NCP site and also allows NCP to improve the NCP site.

NCP uses information held about you in the following ways:

Information you give to NCP or NCP collects about you. NCP will use this information:

  • To enable NCP to administer, and improve the site and the services NCP offers on the NCP site;

  • To help NCP improve the NCP site offerings, both individually and in aggregate, and to individualize the experience and to evaluate the access and use of the NCP site;

  • To monitor and detect violations of NCP's Terms Of Service as well as other misuses and potential misuses of the NCP site

Information NCP receives from other sources. NCP may combine this information with information you give to NCP and information NCP collects about you. NCP may use this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the type of information NCP receives).

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

NCP may share any information provided by you or collected from NCP with NCP's affiliates, third party vendors, analytics and search engine providers, and advisors and consultants. NCP will share information with third parties as follows:

  • If NCP is under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply NCP's Terms Of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), or others;
  • With service providers or contractors that perform certain functions on NCP's behalf, including processing information that you provide to NCP on the NCP site, operating the NCP site or portions of it, providing or administering services, or in connection with other aspects of NCP's services;
  • For purposes of research. However, NCP will only share personal information about you for this purpose to the extent doing so complies with applicable law and is limited to the personal information required to fulfil the purposes stated at the time of collection;
  • To respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to investigate, or prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or security or technical issues, or to enforce NCP's Terms Of Service or this Privacy Notice, as otherwise may be required by applicable law or to protect NCP's rights, property, or safety or those of others;
  • With NCP affiliates, or with successors in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganization, for their use consistent with this Privacy Notice;
  • As otherwise described to you at the point of collection or pursuant to your consent and for integration with third party services. For example, videos and other content may be hosted on YouTube and other websites not controlled by NCP.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING DATA OUTSIDE HOME COUNTRY

By using the NCP site, or providing information to NCP, you understand and unambiguously consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of information in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries and territories, for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and the NCP Terms Of Use . You hereby consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention by NCP of your personal information as described under this Privacy Notice, including but not limited to the transfer of your personal information between NCP and the third parties, affiliates, and subsidiaries described in this Privacy Notice. For further certainty, any consent relating to a right to transfer information referred to in this paragraph shall be deemed to include your consent to the transfer of the applicable personal information to a jurisdiction which may provide a different level of privacy protection than that available in your own country.

NCP will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

All information you provide to NCP is stored on NCP's secure servers. Where NCP has given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the NCP site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. NCP asks you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although NCP will do NCP's best to protect your personal information, NCP cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to the NCP site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once NCP has received your information, NCP will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
