Freedom of Information is important because it allows individuals to request or obtain information classified as public and available from public entities. This promotes transparency and strengthens the values of integrity within society. Public information—meaning non-protected information—produced by the National Center for Privatization, regardless of its source, form, or nature, is included. This may encompass paper records, emails, information stored on computers, or any other form of recorded information. The right to access or obtain public information related to the work of entities is governed by a set of rules and procedures, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Policy issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA). Below is the Freedom of Information Request Form.
